  2. Shipping Countries
    Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

    We partner with reliable courier services to deliver your orders. Typically, delivery will take 5-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may vary, and delays may occur. We encourage you to order in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

  1. Shipping Costs
    We aim to keep our shipping rates affordable while offering free shipping for qualifying orders:

  • For orders between $0.01 - $49.99 AUD, a $5.99 AUD shipping fee will apply.

  • Orders over $50 AUD qualify for free shipping within Australia.

  • Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order value.

  1. Shipping Restrictions
    While we strive to deliver to all areas in Australia, certain remote or rural locations may experience delays or additional fees. If there are any issues with delivering to your address, we will inform you via email.

  2. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.     While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Celmme is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We encourage customers to plan accordingly, especially during peak seasons.

  7. Delivery to PO Boxes
    We are able to deliver to PO Boxes; however, please verify with the postal service if there are any additional restrictions for your location.

  8. International Shipping
    Currently, Celmme only offers domestic shipping within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we may expand this service in the future.

  9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
    If you wish to send items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address. At this time, we do not offer a consolidated checkout for multiple addresses.

  10. Subscription or Recurring Orders
    If you are placing an order for a subscription service or recurring delivery, we will send each shipment according to the frequency selected. Each shipment will have the same delivery terms outlined above.

  11. Holiday Shipping
    During holidays, delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders well in advance during holidays such as Christmas, New Year, or public holidays to avoid any delays.
